Sealed - Decentralized Post-Quantum Communication - xGov Proposal 3534141276

Problem is with adoption. It would have been great if you have launched the product, waited for three months and applied for the grant. xGovs tend to vote positively if there is adoption.

Open-Sourcing Cosmic Champs (xGov proposal 3461960394)

Though I am not a gamer, I played cosmic champs during the algoland campaign. The game is very addictive. One of the most played games on Algorand. All the best!

Algoosh - non-custodial, escrow-based commerce protocol

Thank you for the insight. Connecting a wallet and interacting with the application is a big deterrent for adoption. Maybe Rocca wallet will solve this issue as it is designed to provide web2 experience for web3 products. IMO you should integrate Rocca when it is launched, get the app live…

AVM Email & Algo.fun - Proposal # 3464401706

Mar 3

I am skeptical about the product market fit for AVM email. Mail systems are like social media. Community may show interest. But persuading them to use it is going to be a tough task. Also, what is the revenue model you are thinking for AVM mail? Google is using mail id like a DID (Digital ID) for the…

xGov Registry v3.0.0

Now, it’s frustrating to just watch from the sidelines while my ALGO tokens sit idle in the wallet. It feels like a missed opportunity to support the ecosystem’s growth. If you are running a node you are eligible to be an xGov. Valar can be used to participate in consensus while maintaining self…

C# support for Algorand

Dec 18, 2025

Is there enough developers in the ecosystem who use C#? Any dataset you can provide on % of total ecosystem developers who develop in C#? I am just curious. Note: I am aware of performance benefits of C#. Hope you understand my concern.

Folks Smart Contract Library [3368473647]

Dec 18, 2025

Folks has been on Algorand for a long time. I am sure they will have a set of contracts that will be beneficial for the community developers.

Why is staking on Algorand not as easy or accessible for the average user as it is on Cardano?

Nov 27, 2025

Smart contracts have their own risks, and risk appetite changes from person to person. Some people would like to take that risk, and some don’t. I respect both schools of thought.

Integrating Algorand into AirGap via Isolated Modules

May 14, 2025

Good to see airgap team taking responsibility. Wish you all the best. Would like to see Airgap support for Algorand. As of now, Algorand xGov grant will be on retroactive mode which means grant proposal can be submitted only for already finished projects. We recommend you to start integration.

The xGov Council Call for Applications

Apr 7, 2025

Lot of community members are participating in consensus via Reti pools and other liquid staking protocols. It would be great if we can increase the number of governors by allowing them to participate. This will make sure more people engage in the decision-making process.

xGov 216: ElizaOS Plugin Alogrand

Mar 18, 2025

Hi, Algorand is transitioning to a new platform for xGov. Also, retroactive proposals are only considered depending on the impact it creates and the usability for the community. I suggest you complete the project, make it open-source, and then submit your proposal via the new xGov platform.
