2. The service is already being provided, and the goal is to maintain the current state.
3. The service is already being provided, but the team is considering a new approach.

Thank you for your response. I understand what you’re trying to say. However, let’s say there is a completed service A and a future or currently ongoing service B. If the grant is meant for future use, then it becomes funding for service B, doesn’t it? If the grant is supposed to support service A, we would need to clarify this further.
