Yes, it is possible. Here is the same sample code that goes through the Application Life cycle. I stopped it after opting in. This opts in for the creator account and a user account in the example.

Yes, this is still happening. I see the text has a single slash in the confirmation/activation email text, with the link having a double slash when I hover over it, but when clicked google chrome tries to redirect to the single slash.

The more SDKs the better! Here are two more community SDKs that have been started on Flutter and Dart. They both need an update to V2. Let me know if you know anyone interested in updating this. They could submit a grant proposal to the Algorand Foundation for this effort.

Problem implementing logic signature

Is the send transaction failing? Some of the samples we use int 0 as the program, which always returns false, and the send will fail with an error. What is the error you are getting? Here are the examples I just posted for Contract and Delegated account: GitHub Examples

I believe that 1 request per second constraint is for the free TestNet version. A paid version should work. And I am unsure if that constraint applies to the indexer as it may be a node constraint, not indexer.

Can you provide the URL you are following on the setup node that is not working? Also, "command not found: install_master_darwin-amd64.tar.gz" sounds like either the path needs modifying or you need to put in the directory names.
