Plugin-Based Account Abstraction

It allows delegation so i suppose one of the greater risks is people get used to allowing plugins to do stuff for them and go to a malicious site that asks for access to their account via a malicious plugin. One of the ways i think this can be combatted is that many common uses will quickly have standard practices to enhance security.

Right now its one escrow per subscription and it only exists until the subscription is cancelled. The abstracted account version could certainly be setup more like a "credit card wallet".
