UPDATE: I could solve the problem. It seems that the problem is the order of the code. I just copied this boilerplate for atomic transfers but had to make some changes.

Test it in Android and iPhone… These implementations may require different input/output (b64 vs Uint8Array) to wallet connect from my testing.

Your two transactions look identical. You cannot commit two identical transactions. If you need to differentiate them, you can add a note field to one of them.
