Algorand Genesis allocation amount

The simplest solution is to directly read the genesis.json file in your ALGORAND_DATA folder.

Rewards Mismatch for a particular Address

Rewards in algoexplorer.io includes pending rewards that have not been yet “claimed” by a transaction. Since the last transaction of this account is 10 months ago, there are 10 months worth of pending rewards that do not appear in SenderRewards/ReceiveRewards/CloseRewards.

Transactions for an Address from Algorand node

Yes, this is a good way to get transactions.

"reward":103745 means that if you had an account in the genesis block (round 0) with 1 Algo and you never made any transaction, then, at round 4795723, you would have 103745 microAlgos = 0.103745 Algos pending rewards for this account. See Reward, Rate …

That’s a good question. I don’t know of a better way than doing it manually right now:

If you receive max transactions, you need to re-issue a query trying to get transactions from the last relevant block. In the unlikely case where more than max transactions are in the same block, the simplest way is to handle that later in your application. Your node, unless set to archival, only has visibility to the last 1000 blocks.

Also note that the above queries return only the last 100 transactions by default. See parameter max in Algorand API Documentation.
