I’m an avid believer of Algorand as I think it’s the best blockchain compared to the competition. The features and functionality are so well thought out it makes reading the documentation enjoyable! Because it allows me to learn as I read and then program the smart contracts with what functionality I need. The forum has been a tremendous help of connecting the best way to add the functionality I need and guiding me into understanding what I haven’t done before or was confused on. It’s excellent.

Nice! The algorand user is more of a ‘root permissioned user’ with $HOME of /var/lib/algorand and with env variables ($ALGORAND_DATA and $PATH) set in /var/lib/algorand/.bashrc file makes file structure easy.
