To my knowledge the expert governors voting session timeline:
- [Proposed] 10 Nov 2023 - Voting Session opens
- [Confirmed] 10 Dec 2023 - Voting Session closes
I believe the end of the voting session in general governance will be around the similar time.

Out of 527 accounts which participated in xgov1 and xgov2 and did not vote in xgov1, 386 (73%) did not vote yet in xgov2.
