How/when can I participate in the next voting using my ALGO?

There are 4 quarterly governance periods per year.

We are currently in the middle of the second governance period (2022 Q1).

You will only be able to join the next one (2022 Q2, not yet announced but it will most likely late March or April 1st).

Please check https://algorand.foundation/governance, https://governance.algorand.foundation, https://algorand.foundation/gov-faq#community-governance- for all the details.
